曹永革:男,博士,现任澳门银银河研究员,课题组长,博士生导师,物构所先进材料研究中心主任,中科院澳门银银河7163先进制造技术与集成研究所副所长。1998年从北京科技大学获博士学位;1998年-2003年在中科院物理研究所工作,2004-2006年任研究副教授。2006.9到中科院福建物构所工作。
主要研究领域为陶瓷材料和半导体材料,涉及激光透明陶瓷、半导体照明两个领域。
研究成果:带领团队自主研制成功大尺寸高品质激光透明陶瓷并实现单盘片千瓦级连续激光功率输出;研发出国内外最高光效的LED光源并实现产业转化;至今在Adv. Mater., Appl. Phys. Lett., Phys. Rev. B, Laser Phys. Lett.等重要期刊发表论文120余篇,引用1260多次。近五年来申请及授权中国发明专利32项;主持及完成xxx863重点基金、自然科学基金委重大研究计划重点基金、973项目课题、福建省重大专项、中科院重大装备自主研制项目、中科院重要方向性项目等重要项目。
主要学术兼职与获奖:福建省特种先进材料重点实验室学术委员会委员;曾获1999年北京市科技进步三等奖一项,2010年福建省运盛青年科技奖。
