刘小龙,研究员、博士生导师。曾长期留学于美国布朗大学和瑞士巴塞尔大学。主要从事肿瘤早期诊断新技术与新方法、免疫治疗与精准医学方面的基础与临床转化研究。现主持国家自然科学基金“国家重大科研仪器研制项目”、国家自然科学基金重点项目等省部级科研项目15项;在国际知名期刊上发表SCI收录论文70多篇,授权国家发明专利20项。曾荣获德国洪堡学者奖学金,日本肿瘤学会“青年科学家奖”,“福建青年五四奖章标兵”、“福建青年科技奖”, “福州市劳动模范”等荣誉。
