吕佩文,男,副研究员,博士,1982年8月出生。主要从事光电材料的合成、制备以及性能研究,包括第三代宽禁带半导体材料的研究、相图与相结构、太阳能级硅材料等工作。目前主要研究方向是光催化与太阳电池。主持了包括国家自然科学青年基金、福建省自然科学基金项目和福建省科技重点项目等项目,作为单位负责人参加了国家自然科学基金联合基金重点项目,参与了国家基金等多项省部级以上科研项目。
