颜涛,男,1983年出生,博士,副研究员,硕士生导师。2011年于山东大学晶体所获得博士学位;2011-2014年,台湾国立中山大学博士后,主要负责氧化锌分子束外延;2014-2016年,中科院福建物构所叶宁组博士后,出站后留组工作,主要负责高温氧化物晶体生长研究。主持国家自然科学基金青年项目、福建省自然科学基金青年项目,作为骨干参与国家自然科学基金海峡联合基金项目、中科院科研装备研制项目。
